The Total Gut Reset is an intense program that primarily focuses on root cause healing of gut dysfunction via stool analysis and an individualized protocol to help you go from barely surviving to thriving. 
 
Total Gut Reset Breakdown: 
1) Once an application is received, you will be contacted to schedule a 30-minute consultation call to discuss your gut history and symptoms. At the completing of this visit your stool test is ordered. It typically takes 5-7 days for this test to arrive via mail and 7-10 days for finalized results from the date of arrival back to the lab.

2) After receiving finalized results, clients are scheduled for a 60 minute consultation to discuss stool results and review an individualized protocol which includes stool findings, interpretations, supplement recommendations, lifestyle modifications to implement, and a personalized nutrition outline.

3) Supplement protocols are typically 8 to12 weeks depending on test findings and reported symptoms. All clients have lifelong access to discounted supplements via my online dispensary.

4) During your 8-12 week supplement protocol, we will meet twice for 45 minute sessions to celebrate wins, address setbacks, and make adjustments as needed. During these sessions we will deep dive into necessary changes for lifelong sustainment of optimal health.

5) Between our session, you will have access to email me directly any questions that may arise. This is a full access program and I encourage questions and communication.
